Government Department|EL1 Strategic Designer Officers

• Contract up to 30^th June 2025
• $70 - $80 and hour + Super
• EL1 Equivalent

ACM Healthcare is seeking multiple experienced Strategic Design Officers to support customer strategy within a Federal Government Department with a focus on driving meaningful discussions with stakeholders that meet the needs of customers and staff. Preferred location is Canberra, other locations may be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement human-centred, evidence-based design to support strategic decision-making.
• A proactive, creative Strategic Design Officer(s) with 3+ years' experience working across government.
• Facilitate design workshops, showcases, and immersive sessions to co-create policies and solutions.
• Clearly articulate ideas through verbal, written, and visual communication methods, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Guide discussions to encourage participation, collaboration, and goal-setting.
• Align projects with government priorities and APS Reform to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Transform innovative ideas into tangible frameworks, services, and products.
• Build cases for change using data, best practices, and stakeholder insights.
