Registered Psychologist – Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Private Practice!

• Location: Canberra, ACT
• Flexible hours: Full-Time / Part-Time permanent employment
• Remuneration: 100k – 130k + super

Our client, a well-established private psychology practice, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychologist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide counselling, assessments, and report writing services while also contributing to the development of client resources and service-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological therapy and counselling to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
• Freedom to choose the modalities you wish to work with is encouraged.
• Maintain detailed case notes and correspondence with clients, GPs, and third-party organizations.
• Write comprehensive reports for rehabilitation providers, Comcare, insurance agencies, and other relevant bodies.
• Conduct and interpret psychometric assessments where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with GPs, referral partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with project work and the development of client resources such as tip sheets, programs, and online materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) – Full registration required
• Experience providing counselling, assessments, and report writing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Passion for supporting clients across a range of psychological needs
