SAP Delivery Manager

Role Overview:

The Delivery Manager will oversee medium to large IT programs on SAP platforms, providing expert advice and ensuring robust infrastructure capabilities. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage technical teams and partner with multiple vendors to achieve outcomes.
• Transform SAP products, including CRM, PSCD, ERP, HANA, and S/4 HANA.
• Work within Infrastructure and Applications areas, handling SAP transformation to cloud platforms.
• Coordinate activities with Project and BAU teams, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders.
• Use project and sustainment dashboards to track tasks and projects.
• Manage deliveries related to data platform applications.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in delivery management within complex IT environments.
• Experience with SAP products including CRM, PSCD, ERP, and S/4HANA.
• Delivery management experience with a large government agency.
