Customer Service Officer (Audiology Clinic – Fitzroy, VIC)

ACM Healthcare is the only Australian Recruitment Agency which has a division which specialises within the Hearing Industry. We work with a Myriad of Audiology Providers, Manufacturers and Independently owned organisations across Australia & New Zealand.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Officer to work with an Audiology Provider in their hearing clinic based in Fitzroy, VIC - Note: NO PARKING is available, you must need to be comfortable to commute in via public transport. 

Our client has seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with customers through various channels, provide product information, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience. This role offers career development opportunities within the organization.


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and offer personalized solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
  • Assist customers in navigating our cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories.
  • Resolve concerns promptly, leaving a positive impression on customers.
  • Engage in local marketing efforts to promote the clinic.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).


  • Previous experience in high-quality customer service (retail or allied health).
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems and appointment book management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and solid administration skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
