Skills and experience

  • Clinical understanding of Pead OT or Speech
    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Will have initiative and drive and will always be looking at what can be done next.
  • Be confident in themselves and their therapy skills.
  • Love treating clients but be looking for the next step in their career
  • Be looking for a role that allows time to work on non-clinical activities such as clinical mentoring, senior roles, or becoming a clinical educator.
