Clinical Trainer (Audiologist OR Audiometrist) - Adelaide, SA

We are excited to be recruiting for a Clinical Trainer/ Clinician to join a National Audiology Provider for team in South Australia! 

• This is a Full-Time role 
• Working closely with the regions management to coach and support clinical teams across our clinics in South Australia
• This role offers a competitive and generous remuneration package upto $115,000 + Superannuation + Travel Allowance + Bonus' (Relocation Allowance if Applicable) 

The role:

• Offering support, guidance, and coaching to Clinicians to ensuring clinics maintain high standards of clinical care and compliance
• Contributing to and leading the Clinical Induction Programs
• Cultivating and fostering relationships with key Stakeholders internally and externally (i.e. Professional Bodies, Educational institutions, Manufacturers)
• Using a variety of techniques to accurately assess and diagnose the severity of client hearing loss
• Providing written reports on assessment results and making necessary referrals to medical professionals
• Making recommendations for hearing impairment solutions such as amplification, implantable devices, medical interventions, and assistive listening devices, and offering aural rehabilitation programs
• Offering counseling, advice, and information to clients and their families as part of their overall treatment
• Assisting in the development and implementation of noise control and hearing conservation strategies
• Delivering treatment and management for age-related, disability-related, and injury/disease-related hearing and communication disorders

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry 
• Eligibility for ASA, AcAUD or HAASA
• OHS (QP Number) - or have a current CCC or on your way to achieving you QP
• Experience in Adult Rehab, including fitting hearing aids
• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions
• Previous coaching experience, with a notable ability to influence behavioral change
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer care and service, with a strong passion for creating an exceptional client experience
• Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs
• Effective communication skills
• Strong teamwork aptitude
• Committed to ongoing professional development
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in new software (Training provided)
