Registered Nurse – Residential Program, Luxury Rehab Facility  - Samford Valley

ACM Healthcare is on the lookout for multiple Registered Nurses to join a pool of dedicated staff working within a residential program. The role includes providing medical oversight to the residential program both at admissions and to guests onsite implementing a high delivery of clinical care. There are a mixture of shifts available and on call available ongoing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the client admission process through reviewing assessment documentation and elevating concerns.
• Support client orientation by completing arrival medical screening, testing (drug and alcohol test), charting medication, completing bag check, and elevating any medical concerns to the Program Manager and Clinical Lead.
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead in the development and implementation of organisational policies, procedures, and workflows in the areas on medical governance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in alignment with organisational polices.
• Identify and report risks prior to escalation, Crisis management and client support.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years + experience as a Nurse
• Computer and telephone skills (email, Microsoft Word document etc)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Driver License
• Current Police Check
