Who You'll Be Working With:

Your Role as Home Manager:

As the Home Manager, you'll lead the clinical and operational aspects of a medium-sized aged care facility. Your focus will be on maintaining and achieving continuous improvement, ensuring a supportive environment for your team, and driving the facility's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily clinical and operational management
• Analyse and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and manage expenditure.
• Foster strong communication within a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize excellent knowledge of Aged Care funding models (AN-ACC)
• Maintain high occupancy levels within the facility.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration
• Demonstrated experience in Health or Aged Care Management
• In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Funding Model
• Proven experience managing teams and creating a supportive environment.
• Current National Police Check
• Current C Class Driver’s License
