What's required

Temporary contract up to 6 months.

We are currently sourcing two light vehicle mechanics to work at our Millwood Avenue, Narellan works depot.

State of the art workshop. All tools provided.

Free parking on site.

Rate negotiable for the right applicant

Background information / Compatibility requirements

Previous light vehicle mechanic experience, tyre fitting and repairs, motor vehicle repair industry authority motor mechanic

certificate, WHS general induction for construction work certificate.

To meet Council’s WHS requirements and in accordance with Council’s Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been

identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved

medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment

and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.

Desired Outcomes ('Nice to haves', Conditions & Warranties, SLA's, Project benefits)

Bonus if have Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) drivers' licence and experience driving them.
