ACM Healthcare has partnered with well established Allied Health Care provider/NDIS that exist to understand their clients lifestyle and utilize a proactive and holistic approach to reach health goals.  We are searching a for passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Physiotherapist to join their team. The ideal Candidate should be passionate and care profoundly of everyone's right to be inclusive and secure. You use a holistic approach and implement strategic exercise plans for clients in a community. Engage with participants and their families and provide clients with the abilities to flourish and live a more joyful life. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing physiotherapy treatment and assessments independently - includes exercise prescription, pain management, incident analysis.
• Conducting initial assessments within medical centres and the patient's home and develop an active, individualised treatment plan.
• Reassessing patients to monitor progress and adjust their program as needed.
• Simple admin tasks and session note writing.
• Flexible role with the opportunity to progress to full-time work

ABOUT YOU

• 2 years experience, however new graduates are welcome to apply
• Working in the community sector is your passion
• You want to improve our client’s independence through your longer term commitment.
• You have your own car to work with our clients in the community.
• Wants a fresh and active approach to impact people's lives.
• You will have your AHPRA registration, NDIS clearance and WWC ready to start work.
