Receptionist/Administration - Mental Health Online Clinic (Specialist Clinic Team Member)  

    • Full time position
    • Hybrid working model
    • $57K - $65K + super based on experience
    • Close to public transport, onsite paid parking

ACM Healthcare is working on behalf of a Mental Health Telehealth Practice with their Head Office based in Bondi Junction. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Receptionist/ Administration in the mental health sector. The practice has been supporting hundreds of clients throughout Australia since 2017 and has been at the forefront of telehealth psychiatrist services over the last 5 years.

 

Job Description:

  • Full training provided in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Assisting clients with preparing for and booking appointments
  • Assisting specialist and providers
  • Trouble shoot connection issues for video conferencing appointments
  • Answering phone calls (High volume of calls)
  • Project work when required

 

Essential criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role, experience in the medical industry would be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to form collaborative relationships
  • Efficient time management with the ability to self-direct and work independently
  • Strong computer skills required 
  • A genuine passion to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable clients
