Domestic Support Worker

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Domestic Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, laundry, household tasks, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Do laundry, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Studying towards aged care/disability course is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Must have the following:

• Valid Police Check – (Unsupervised Vulnerable Contact)
• Overseas Statutory Declarations (if applicable)
• 100 points of ID
• Updated First Aid and CPR certificate
• Fully vaccinated with Covid19 with booster
• NDIS Check
• Manual HandlingJ

Job Types: Casual Employment but with ongoing shifts
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-40hrs per week
Salary: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - Shifts start as early as 8AM latest 6PM
