Are you an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse looking for a new change? We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Aged Care Registered Nurse to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania.
ACM Healthcare is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support to our residents, and we are seeking an individual who shares our passion for providing quality aged care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care, developing care plans and medication management for our residents.
The successful applicant must have:
•Current AHPRA Registration
•Eligibility for a National Police Check
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Aged Care
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent time management and organisational skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
