About the role:

ACM Healthcare is looking for qualified Assistants in Nursing for various positions for multiple first-class residential care and disability care homes across greater Melbourne

With various locations around Melbourne that are in dire need of assistance throughout the pandemic, we are seeking AINs, and Personal Care Assistants who enjoy working with a highly efficient team and a wonderful environment. Across both Aged Care and Home Care within Greater Melbourne

Daily Requirement

• Day to day clinical care needs of our residents and clients
• Leadership, mentoring, and support of the Care team in day to day activities for residents
• Support the Residential Manager/Care Manager to fulfill the objectives they have for the effective and efficient management of the facility
• Compliance with WHS legislation and Policy and Procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and systems.

Skills, knowledge, and experience needed:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Equivalent
• 1-year experience within Australia within Aged or Disability Care
• Current Flu Vax
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Current Police Check 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Competence in medication management and administration
